A popular product of mine is the Travel Wipes Cover. I came up with the idea of it long before I started Sewplicity because I wasn’t really fond of the plastic containers that the Huggies Soft Packs come in. It is obvious other Moms feel the same way…this cover is the second most popular product next to my high chair covers.
It makes a great shower gift or changing pad companion. Even if you don’t have a child but carry wipes for a quick clean up, this is a great way to disguise the child prints on the pack.
I spent a good amount of time loading this pattern with lots of pictures and creating simple instructions so even an inexperienced sewer can follow it.
If you have 20-30 minutes, some fabric, interfacing and Velcro you can make yourself a nice little cover for your wipes container – I guarantee your Mommy friends will be asking where you got it!
The pattern is available for purchase on my Etsy site. Have fun and please send me some pictures of your finished covers! I’ll be sure to showcase some of them here on my blog at a later date.
