Introducing The Sewplicity® FoldOver Bag

I recently finished up the testing and editing of The Sewplicity® Fold Over Bag and wanted to share with you the results of all the wonderful women who helped me test the pattern.

These talented ladies put their own creativity and taste into the pattern which resulted in some beautiful work!

Lisa used a mix of floral and paisley fabrics which gave the bag a very classic look.
Annie used a very cool modern print to bring her bag to life.
Cathy used a classic print and found that she could transform the bag into a shoulder bag by doubling over the straps and give it an asymmetrical look by hooking the strap to one lower ring and one upper!

Kelsey got super creative and added some piece-work to create this one-of-a-kind bag!
Fun!

These bags are all so different...different fabric, different prints, different interfacing and different hardware were used for each bag....the creative options are endless!

What will you do with it?!

A special thank you to these ladies for dedicating the time to make the pattern and provide the feedback needed to make the pattern better!

  1. It's fun to see the different takes on the same pattern. Kelsey's piecing is really cool.
