RECIPE: No Bake Peanut Butter Puff Bars

Forget rice krispy treats....these are just as yummy and are made sans sugar!  They are a great non-guilt snack.
INGREDIENTS:
6 cups puffed cereal (I use 1 box Kashi 7 Whole Grain Puffs Cereal)
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Agave Nectar

DIRECTIONS:
Place the puffed cereal in a large bowl.  Heat the peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds.  Pour the peanut butter and agave syrup into the puffed cereal and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a well greased, or wax paper lined 9x12" pan and press down.  You want to compress the mixture so it sticks together....so push hard!

Refrigerate for an hour, take out and cut into bars.

The bars are not super sticky and may fall apart a bit, but they are super tasty.  If you want to make a bar that is even more sticky, you can substitute some of the agave syrup with light corn syrup, however if you want to go sugar free, stick with the agave.

Want to make it even more natural?
Use homemade peanut butter instead of store-bought.
Simply blend a jar of peanuts (salted or not) in a blender until smooth.  You can add a tiny bit of Canola oil if you want to make it creamy....
