This past Sunday was spent in the kitchen.....baking, baking, and, well....baking! My counters were a disaster, dishes everywhere and all types of sugary items were to be found in and on every available space!
This year we tried a new treat that the kids were able to do with little help (always a plus)
Chocolate Pretzel Bites

Super Yummy!
I made my chocolate topped toffee, although this year instead of nuts I added pretzels!
I also made Pfeffernuse, which I make every few years....I love the flavors!
And finally, my staple Christmas Cookie...the one that is the most requested, and the first to disappear.
So, that is how we spent our Sunday here at the Sewplicity household....
I still have a bit more baking to do, but this is a good start and will fill many holiday gift baskets this week!
