CONTEST: O'Tinsel Tree Roll Up

Are you ready?  I'm SOOOOO excited about this contest!  It may be summer, but the holidays are just a hop, skip and jump away, and if you are planning on making any handmade gifts, it's never too early to start sewing.  And what better way to jump start your holiday sewing but with a fun roll up?

WHAT YOU CAN WIN

This super cool roll up of O'Tinsel Tree from Robert Kaufman.  It includes 40 2 1/2" strips of fabric rolled up and tied in a cute ribbon.  Let your creativity go wild with this....it's a quilter's dream and the project possibilities are endless.  The value of this roll up is about $35.00!

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO
For this contest I'm requiring a bit of work (just a tiny bit)!  To enter, you will need to make something from one of my tutorials (excluding recipes and techniques) and submit a picture.   Feel free to  embellish, add or modify your creation any way you wish, as long as the final product is based on a Sewplicity Tutorial it's a valid entry.  And if you already have made something from my tutorials, well, snap a picture of it, post it and you're done!

Here are the details:
All images must be uploaded to the Sewplicity Flickr Pool to enter (join the group first)
Please include:
> "O'Tinsel Contest" as the picture title
> A brief description of the submission
> An explanation of changes you made (if any)
> Contact Info - email/blog/etc. (to contact you if you win)

The winner will be selected by me and my family based on originality, workmanship and presentation. The winner will be notified by e-mail and announced here on my blog once confirmed.

An example of a valid entry would be:

A fun, creative dish mat

A simple tote that shows off your style

An embellished iphone case

Have fun and make something that you will enjoy after the contest is over!

One entry per item. 

If you make several items you may submit each as a separate entry.

This contest is open to all individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.  

Void where prohibited.

Entries made AFTER this time will NOT be included in the contest

The winner will be notified via email and will have 72 hours to get back to me, otherwise a new winner will be selected.

 By submitting your picture, you are granting Sewplicity, LLC irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide non-exclusive license to Authorized Parties, to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the entries in connection with the contest and promotion of the contest in any media now or hereafter.  

All federal, state/provincial/territorial, and local taxes, fees and surcharges and taxes (whether foreign or domestic, and including income, sales, and import taxes) on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prizewinners. In the event that the selected winner(s) of any prize is/are ineligible, cannot be traced or does/do not respond within 48 hours to a winner notification as required by the Rules above, or refuses the prize, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
