Remember when you were a kid, and your Mom made you that warm cup of milk in the evening that seemed to warm your body and your soul? Find that comfort by making this flavorful, sweet version of warmed milk. Most nights I opt for this cup of comfort instead of dessert.
Ingredients:
1 cup lowfat or skim milk
2 packets splenda (or other sugar substitute)
vanilla (to taste)
Heat up the milk for 2 minutes in a microwave (or stove top). Add splenda and vanilla and stir.
Wrap yourself up in a cozy blanket with a book or your favorite tv show and indulge.....guilt free!
