Oh Yes I Did!

I went ahead and made those scrumptious Pumpkin Pie Pop Tarts from Joy the Baker!

Although....I cheated... just a tiny bit.....
I just don't have the time to make my own pastry dough - too much work in my opinion. The refrigerated Pillsbury Pie Dough works just fine.   I simply unrolled the rounds and used a pizza cutter to cut in eighths - each round makes 4 tarts.  Simple as, well....PIE!

I also decreased the amount of maple glaze that the recipe called for....I just drizzled it - no need to coat the tart with all that sugar.

The entire family gobbled these up and wanted seconds. This recipe is a keeper (of course I knew that before I made them!)
