MERRY CHRISTMAS! Ok, I'm a day late....but I have been thoroughly enjoying my time off with my family. This past few days have been busy to say the least!
Over the weekend we celebrated with my side of the family up in the Catskills of NY. It's always a joy to go up there this time of the year because you are pretty much guaranteed a little snow....and who doesn't love snow?
We headed back to NJ on Monday so the girls could spend Christmas Eve in their own beds where Santa was sure to find us. We woke up to find that Santa had brought the girls their wish for the Barbie Dream House!
We lazily enjoyed unwrapping presents and laughing all morning.....of course the handmade gifts were among the favorites....
In the afternoon we gathered ourselves together and hopped on a train and spent the rest of the day mulling around Manhattan.

We walked, walked and walked and enjoyed all the sights and sounds of Christmas in NY. From Bryant Park to Times Square and The NY Library to Rockefeller Center.....we visited it all. By 8pm we were back on a train home and the girls (and Mom & Dad) were well spent. Today we will take it easy and relax!!!
I hope your Holidays were as joy-filled as ours.
